When you trust us with exploring the next step of your career, be assured that this is a responsibility we take very seriously.
When we approach you:
We respect the fact that you may not be 'job-seeking' and will only contact you with opportunities we know are relevant.
We will only make contact for roles that are real, on which we have been briefed, and have an established right of introduction with our client.
At the senior level, challenges (in business, with people, with competitors etc.) are 'par for the course'. We will present jobs 'warts and all,' so we can both make a qualified decision.
When we're working with you:
We will give you honest, expert advice on whether or not a career move makes sense for you.
Your CV/resume or any other identifying profile will only be sent to clients you are aware of, and have agreed to.
Our terms with those clients will guarantee confidentiality.
Although we have to build referencing into a process, we will not take references or 'backchannel' without your awareness and agreement.
We will communicate what we can as quickly and effectively as possible.
We endeavour to build relationships where our clients treat us as trusted advisors.
You will be well-prepared for interviews with clients we have a good understanding of.
When processes come to an end:
We will do everything we can to ensure you receive an offer that matches your expectations.
We are familiar with negotiating share grants, options schemes, bonuses, and all other aspects of packages.
If you are placed by us in a new role, we will help manage your onboarding.
For example, we will make introductions to other stakeholders known to us.
If we do not place you, we will do our very best to explain why, and give you feedback for next time.
GRG Executive Search always seeks to understand and build relationships with our candidates. It is our job to work out what makes you tick, and our job to advise on the options for progressing your career.
