In addition to Search, we offer a range of HR and Talent services that can either be implemented to complement your selection processes or as stand-alone services.

Psychometric profiling is an increasingly popular aspect of interview and selection processes.  It allows a hiring manager to predict whether or not a candidate would be aligned to a role and business in terms of motives and culture fit.  In addition to factoring profiling into selection processes, some of our clients have profiled their current staff to understand better the team they want to build.

When these tests are implemented, we treat them as advisory.  We strongly believe in 'the human factor' and that cultural fit is not an exact science.

We recommend using psychometric profiling at an early stage (usually after first interviews) to provide material for discussion at subsequent meetings. 

Aptitude tests (verbal, non-verbal, mathematical reasoning etc.) are reliable indicators of what candidates are good at doing.

We have in-house expertise on the Saville Wave Assessment, and can provide consultation on the on-boarding, training and management of candidates who take the assessment.

At GRG Executive Search, our in-house Marketing team serves the additional function of being a resource for our clients.

This is a service most appropriate for SMEs or start-ups that haven't previously heavily invested in employer branding.

It is also a service that is a real value-add in a candidate-short space, such as software.

In the team are an excellent copywriter and accomplished videographer: they have the experience and resources to create impactful, engaging material for our clients' hiring campaigns.  The material is always produced in partnership with Consultant and Client.
