Following the findings of the Good Work Plan, all agency workers must now be provided with a “Key Information Document”.
The purpose of a Key Information Document is to give workers insight into how the different engagement methods may impact their pay by providing clear information on any deductions, fees or service charges that may be applied.
Below are links to Key Information Documents for the four engagement methods that we can work with. These documents contain generic information to show how pay and deductions apply across the different engagement methods.
Please note, as payments and deductions are dependent on a variety of factors (such as the rate of pay agreed for the assignment, relevant tax code etc) the examples given here are illustrative only. Further, these documents do not include all relevant contractual information which will be issued, along with a more specific Key Information Document, once we have the details of the chosen method of engagement and an offer of assignment has been made.
