Client and Candidate Survey Terms and Conditions
By completing a GRG Executive Search Client or Candidate Survey, the signee agrees to the below terms:
Consent to Use Content
You grant Gleeson Recruitment Limited, its subsidiaries, and its representatives, affiliates, and agents (collectively referred to as “the Company”) permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the following content for marketing purposes. This includes your job title, company logo and survey responses. You give permission for them to be used in all marketing, advertising, promotional, and informational materials in any form or medium (including digital and print), worldwide, and for an unlimited period. This may also include the creation of derivative works based on the original content. For clarity, "marketing purposes" includes, but is not not limited to:
- Talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives
- Promotion of recruitment services
- Event marketing, including pre-event promotion and post-event engagement
- Digital marketing, encompassing website content and social media campaigns
- Client and candidate testimonials and case studies
- Brand awareness and reputation management activities
- Content marketing, including thought leadership pieces
Duration of Consent
This consent is granted for an indefinite period unless revoked in writing by you. However, any materials produced or distributed prior to revocation will not be affected.
Ownership of Content
You acknowledge and agree that all content used by the Company as part of its marketing efforts shall be the exclusive property of the Company. You waive any claims of ownership, authorship, or moral rights in the content once it has been produced and released for the Company’s use.
Revocation of Consent
You may revoke your consent at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Revocation will apply to future uses but not to any materials already produced or distributed prior to the receipt of such notice. Written notice can be sent to marketing@workwithglee.com
Privacy and Data Protection
Gleeson Recruitment Limited will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for purposes other than those described herein.
