We are seeking a qualified finance professional to join a business undergoing a transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Reporting Manager to play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting while supporting a complex period of organisational change.
The successful candidate will lead key reporting activities, oversee month end and quarter end close processes and drive balance sheet governance
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting across the business.
- Manage and oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines and standards.
- Conduct detailed balance sheet reviews, ensuring robust reconciliations, controls and issue resolution.
- Support senior stakeholders with financial analysis and reporting insights to aid business decision making.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes, controls and governance frameworks.
- Ensure strong financial control and compliance throughout periods of change.
- Collaborate with international teams and support global finance initiatives where required.
What we are looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in financial reporting, financial controls and balance sheet management.
- Proven track record of managing month-end and quarter end close processes within a large or complex organisation.
- Experience working within businesses undertaking significant transformation, change or finance improvement programmes.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment.
Whats on Offer:
- £700 - £800 per day, plus expenses, Outside IR35
- 6 month engagement
